Lecturer III: teaching experience related to TT faculty position plus 5 years of teaching experience and demonstrated high levels of performance as indicated in formal review.

Assistant/Associate Professor: excellence in teaching or professional experience / growth of reputation and maturation of teaching / outstanding success of engagement, service, research component.
